Set off with Ed and Julie with a bitterly cold wind, but clear skies with amazing clouds. Visibility was great with Blackpool Tower, Liverpool Bay and the Welsh mountains all in good view.

By the time we’d completed the 6.75 miles, the cold wind had disappeared and the temperature had risen by a couple of degrees. Great night to be out on the moors.
