Good Friday on Rivington Pike – 29th March

The Pike was alive with folk as usual on Good Friday.  Sunny and bright but with an icy easterly wind.  The usual array of burger vans and hot dog stalls accompanied the bouncy castles and children’s attractions.  Most climbed up to the tower and enjoyed excellent views out across the Lancashire plain to Liverpool Bay.  There’s always plenty to see!
