Ian’s Joss Naylor Lakeland Challenge

Ian decided to spend his big Birthday completing a JNC.  Fantastic day on the fells for all concerned.  Here’s a link to the full set of images from the day.  This involves climbing 30 tops, crossing some 48 miles of mountain terrain and ascending nearly 17000 feet.  The route starts in Pooley Bridge, Ullswater and finishes at Greendale Bridge, Wasdale.  Ian had eighteen hours to complete and came in just over two hours under at 15hrs 57mins – well done that man!
