Buttermere Parish Boundary

Great walk with friends from the Rucksack Club around the parish boundary of Buttermere – thirteen and a half miles and over 6,000ft of ascent in fairly demanding conditions in parts.  Taking in the summits of Red Pike, High Stile, Seat,  Hay Stacks, Brandreth, Grey Knotts, Dale Head, Robinson, and High Snockrigg.   Snow overnight made for interesting conditions and amazing photo opportunities Smile
